This type of trampoline or rebounder is small in size which makes it suitable for indoor use so if you like exercising from home or you have young children or elderly parents and can't easily leave home to exercise then it is a useful piece of exercise equipment to have.

3. Increased Endurance
Regular jumping on a rebounder will improve your endurance as fast or as quickly as you want. If you are using a rebounder at home you can take your time to build up to 10 or 20 or 30 minute sessions or you can put on a workout DVD and let the instructor guide your efforts. 1. Not great if you have a weak pelvic floor muscles. If they aren't reliable then you don't want to start jumping and stress them further. Instead focus on building up the muscles first then get back into bouncing.

2. You need good support
Lots of bouncing is also not good if you are large breasted or find it difficult to find a good support bra. Again if you're unsure try before you buy.

3. Balance maybe a problem
If your balance is not great then buy a rebounder with a support bar.
