This sign of pregnancy, unfortunately, usually lingers on and can afflict the woman the rest of her life unless medically removed.

In this last trimester, if one looks carefully, she or he can observe the baby in its current habitat - from the outside! Another observable sign of pregnancy in this trimester is the common popping out of the belly button. Then, after nine long months, the most momentous sign of pregnancy: the baby finally arrives!
